Who knew talent could come so young? Yet Justin Beiber surprises us all as he continues to rise high above the crowd with ambition and fast progression among some of Americas most talented artists.

Justin Beiber was born March 1, 1994. His mother was 18 and single- handedly raised him. As Justin grew up, he taught himself how to play piano, drums, guitar, and trumpet.

When he was twelve years old, he sang Ne Yos So Sick for a local competition and won second place. His mother made his performances known on youtube to share with close friends and family. As she continued to do so, his popularity grew. When Scooter Braun caught sight of Justin, he wanted to enlist his talent right away. Reluctantly, his mother, Mallette, consented to letting him do this.

Beibers first single, One Time, became a hit, and months later, his album, My World, was released. My World was certified platinum in the U.S. soon after. His talent kept growing, and soon, another hit song would hit the charts, but this time, Justin brought a friend. Baby, featuring Ludacris, was released in January 2010, and was the next lead single for his second debut, charting number five in the U.S., and became top ten in seven countries.

The hot songs kept pouring out. Soon after Baby, Never Let You Go and U Smile became top thirty on the U.S. hot 100, and top twenty hits in Canada. Justins album debuted at number one on the U.S. billboard 200. This made him the youngest male solo act to top the charts since Stevie Wonder in 1963. My World also debuted on the Canadian, Irish, Australian, and New Zealand top hits.

To promote this album further, Justin appeared on hit shows such as The Views, Kids Choice Awards, Nightline, the Late Show with David Letterman, The Dome, and 106 And Park.

Justin performed at Macys for the big 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular in New York City. Beiber will begin to record his next album in New York this year, and Taio Cruz has confirmed that he is working with Justin diligently on this project.
